Considering the sportier characteristics of the Ferrari California, the car has a generous amount of on-board space. The comfortable front seats can accommodate drivers up to 195 cm tall, the boot has a capacity of 340 liters in the coupe version and 260 liters in the spider version whether the back bench as a capacity of 125 liters.
The optional "full electric" seats in the Ferrari California employ the following extra features: passenger side seat lifter, passenger seat tilting, electro-pneumatic adjustment of the backrest and seat sides to increase the side containment on bends, lumbar electro-pneumatic adjustment, three different temperatures adjustment for the backrest and seat heating, driver seat positions memorization. Upon request, the Ferrari California client can order optional designs for the central seat and backrest - such as the "Daytona", Lozenged - or different combinations of materials (i.e. leather & Alcantara) as well as different color combinations for trims, threads and piping.

The optional racing seats have a structure in carbon fiber, they are available in three backrest/seat sides width sizes and provide an increased containment and lower weight, manual adjustments for translation, electric backrest recline, backrest folding and leather or leather/Alcantara upholstery.
The Ferrari California has two different configurations: 1) two front seats with back bench equipped with two storage compartments of 18 liters each, two roller suitcases or two light golf bags may be housed on the back bench; 2) 2+ version with back bench equipped with two seats, isofix fittings and two safety belts. The rear seats can accommodate up to 1.5m tall and only for short trip. In both configurations, the folding rear seat backs allow to accommodate long items.

-The Ferrari California can be fitted with 19" monolithic forged rims with a "star" design. The elegant diamond treatment gives a particular brightness and increases its surface resistance to minor impacts. As an alternative to standard rims, they can be ordered with cosmetic treatment.
-To convey the Ferrari California an even sportier look, the rear molding can be ordered in expose carbon fiber.
-The spoiler, fixed to the bottom of the front bumper, can be ordered in carbon fiber.
-The rear diffuser consists of two horizontal sections and two vertical fins made completely from exposed carbon fiber. Together with this component, a special aerodynamic bottom with vertical fins also made from carbon fiber is fitted.
-Ferrari clients who ordered the Daytona seats can select a color that contrasts with the perforated inlays; it can be chosen from the leather or the Alcantara color range.
- The diamond style pattern trim can be completed with the central part of door panel made of leather and stitched with an elegant diamond style pattern.
